Build for where you want to be
Many startups have died a painful death to "improve" LLMs. If you build an improvement on a model, it's likely the next version will end your product.
The alternative is to build products that get better with the underlying model. This starts with imagining what could be possible, disregarding what is possible.
Assume progress and plan for the better version.
This strategy is also useful when architecting your life.
Define yourself by actions you want to take, ideals you want to uphold, the man (or woman) you want to see in the mirror.
No one ever started the journey as a champion. Build for where you want to be, embrace where you are.
