Fidelity is not quality
Fidelity is the level of detail and functionality in a deliverable.
I might create a high-fidelity video by focusing on the narrative, but omit transitions, cuts, or animations, because I'm limited on resources.
You can create high-fidelity work that is "ship fast" quality by focusing on details.
You can ship quickly with high-fidelity by focusing on what matters most.
Everyone wants to "move fast and break things," but few want to do the boring parts that make great work great.
You can move fast and ship polished work if you give yourself permission to focus and execute.
That also means giving yourself permission to "say no."
In the words of a former coworker: "move fast and make things."
